These terms are the agreement between you and Signal when you use the app, the API or the MCP server. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of yourself and the organization you work for.
The service
Signal reads the calls your voice agent takes, finds what went wrong, and helps you check whether a change fixed it. We will keep improving it, which means features will change. If we remove something you pay for, we will tell you first.
Your account
Keep your sign-in and API keys safe; anything done with them is treated as done by you. Tell us at once if you think one has been misused.
Your data
Your agents, calls and everything derived from them are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. You confirm that you have the right to share the calls you connect, including telling your callers what the law requires.
Acceptable use
Do not use Signal to break the law, to process health information that requires a business associate agreement, to probe or overload our systems, or to resell the service without an agreement with us.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our billing provider. Each plan includes a number of credits a month, which processed calls, simulated tests and the copilot all draw on. When the credits run out, new calls are stored but not analysed, and tests and the copilot pause, until the next period or an upgrade; nothing is charged beyond your plan without your agreement. You can cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the period already paid for.
The free plan
The free plan has the limits shown on the pricing page. We may change those limits, and will tell you before a change affects your workspace.
Third-party services
Signal works with your Retell account using a key you provide. Your use of Retell is governed by your agreement with Retell, not by these terms.
What the analysis is
Signal‘s findings are analysis, not guarantees. They come with the evidence behind them, and where a cause is not established the product says so. Decide what to change in your agent with your own judgement.
Availability
We work to keep Signal available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted, except where an Enterprise agreement says otherwise.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time, which deletes your workspace. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell account holders by email before the change takes effect.
